According to a report released Monday, most childrens' meals at top restaurant chains such as KFC, Taco Bell, Sonic and Chick-fil-A have way too many calories and are too fattenning.
The report tells us that the average 8-year-old should eat approximately 1,200 to 1,300 calories a day, or about 430 calories per meal. However, 93% of the meals at the fast food chains had more calories than that. [The Washington Post]
