The BBC is reporting that Mary-Kate Olsen is refusing to speak to investigators about Heath Ledger's death unless she is granted prosecutorial immunity.

The LA Times reports that Morgan Freeman is "in good spirits" after his serious car accident on Sunday night. The Oscar winner broke an arm and elbow, but is looking to have a full recovery.

Bernie Mac is currently being hospitalized with severe pneumonia at a Chicago hospital. The hospital stay is drawing attention to another disorder the funny man suffers from: Sarcoidosis, which is an immune system disorder that can make it hard to breathe, inflames lymph nodes in the neck and the chest, and causes bumps and ulcers to break out on people’s skin.

According to TV Guide Magazine, Charlie Sheen, star of the hit show Two and a Half Men, is the highest paid TV actor in the United States, taking in $825,000 per episode. Law & Order's Mariska Hargitay was the best paid woman for TV drama, earning $400,000 per episode. Peanuts compared to Oprah Winfrey's $385 million annually for hosting her daytime talk show.
