On Monday, House Republicans vowed to continue their energy protest until Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi allows a vote on domestic oil drilling.
On Friday, Republicans refused to leave after Congress adjourned for the summer. They sat there in the dark, talking amongst themselves.
“The cameras may not be on, the lights may not be on, but this is the people’s House and the people will still be heard on this day,” declared Rep. Mike Pence (R-Ind.).

What a bunch of idiots...
The only good Republican is one that's sitting alone in the dark. I applaud this move.
